Hi Guys Im Froggie8899 and I am a Owner on FrogCraft and I am writing about staff ranks. There are 6 staff ranks; Trusted, Moderator, Admin, Manager, Co-Owner and Owner but only 4 of them are able to be applied for, which are helper, moderator, admin and manager. Rank skipping is something I will not allow. We are only a new server and we are looking for reliable staff. We were grieved twice and one of them was from one of our admins so now I am more careful when accepting a player to become apart of staff. If caught abusing your powers you will be demoted or if its something really bad then you will be banned. Skype wont be needed for any rank.
If we catch you abusing your powers, thats an immediate permanent ban for you. That means dont use /jail, /ban, /kick, /mute or anything else just because of fun, or because you hate someone, or without real reason. ONLY USE THEM WHEN NEEDED!
Don't think your more powerful because your mod or admin now. So don't say things like "Obey me, im the admin!", or "turn around or i ban you", or "Im the mod so subscribe my youtube". If we catch you doing this, you will be banned for 3 days.
If we find out you lied about your age, you will be permanently banned from the server.
When applying for moderator you are given great powers some include: Ability to /kick, ability to /fly, changing your nickname and some others. We look for staff that moderate chat in this rank. If you disrespect your powers you will be demoted. As a moderator we expect you to be active on the server and forums so please do that. You do not have an ability to place and delete blocks as a moderator but your powers are still pretty large. The youngest age we accept for moderator is 13.
For The Moderators Rank You Need To:
* Be active on the server
* Be mature and do not break rules
* Be active on the forums
* Moderate chat

What we expect from mods:
Once accepted, we expect you to be a good mod. You have no idea where to start? Then keep this in mind:
Before applying, make sure you already do a bit of the work. Warn players when they do wrong things. Report players. Help new people. If you do this before applying, your chances to get accepted will be much bigger
This is what we look for when thinking if we accept you or not:
40% Moderating chat
30% Helping new players
20% Activeness
10% Forum Activeness
Your main job is to help new players or people who need help. And of course, moderating the chat. Warn people who obey the rules. If they continue, warn them again or kick them. If they continue after that, ban them for 1-3 days, according to how bad they were.

Helper
Helper Is a rank a little below moderator. Although your powers are not high at all, you have the ability to prove to staff that your ready for the next rank. Your job as a helper is to report players. Helper shows that your respected by players and staff. You MUST apply for Helper before any other rank. If you don't, then you will get declined. Before applying for moderator you need to be Helper for 2 weeks. The youngest age we accept for Helper is 13.

* Be nice to both staff and players
* Be active on both server and forums
* Moderate Chat
* Report players

ADMIN
The Admin is an extremely high rank and we are looking for very professinal players. In the admin rank you hold powers such as: Ablity to fly, changing your gamemode, changing your nickname, place and delete blocks, perm-ban players, tempban players and much more.
